  • The following activities by visitors are strictly prohibited at and around the exhibition:
  • 1)Distributing leaflets or literature to exhibitors or visitors.
  • 2)Taking photographs or video within exhibition halls.
  • 3)Conducting demonstrations or causing a disturbance.
  • 4)Sales actions of financial products and real estate to exhibitors or visitors.
  • The organisers may take photographs inside and outside the exhibition halls during the fair and the photographs will be used on the website or printing materials for promotion purposes by the organisers.
  • By registering for Health ingredients (Hi) Japan 2026/ Food ingredients for Taste (FiT) Japan 2026/ Safety and Technology (S-tec) Japan 2026/ Food Long Life (LL) Japan 2026, you are bound to comply with these regulations. The organisers reserve the right to refuse exhibition, or evict from the exhibition hall, any visitor who does not abide by these regulations.

  • 2) Visitor agrees that the personal data provided for registration for the exhibition will be included in Informa Group's database and used by Informa Group for promotional purposes in the future.

  • 5) Informa collects information on your interactions with other visitors, exhibitors and sponsors during the event with the intention of analysing and measuring the event’s success and to develop business and individual profiles to enhance our products and service offerings in the future. When attending our in-person events, by allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor, you are providing the exhibitor or sponsor with your personal information and in doing so agree to the exhibitor or sponsor contacting you about their products or services in the future. You can opt-out of this contact at any time by contacting the exhibitor or sponsor and any data that they collect and record (e.g. notes or business card scans) will be held according to their Privacy Policy although we will maintain its security whilst it is held in our apps/systems. You have the right to refuse your badge from being scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor.
  • 6) If you request that your personal information be deleted, it will be deleted from the database of Informa Group. However, since the information is given to organisers of the presentations and seminars, and exhibitors, is managed in accordance with their privacy policies, you will need to directly approach those provider companies, if you want to request personal information be deleted from their databases.
  • 7) The exhibition website uses cookies sent from your terminal to enable important service functions and ensure safe and appropriate use. In addition, to improve the quality of services, identifiers, such as IP addresses, information on viewed pages, information on the usage environment, etc., are acquired.
  • 8) Should Japanese governmental authorities or the police request your information in an emergency, the organiser may provide them with registered information.
